So that is what 150,000 rubber ducks looks like!

I was going to write about rubber ducks but Heidi beat me to it, so I’ll just add some more pictures, I took hundreds.

I’m sure we will all be seeing ducks in the Liffey for some time to come. And it is all a bit of fun during the bank holiday.

    I saw about four floating aimlessly between O Connell Bridge and the Millennium bridge yesterday (Tuesday).

    WALKING ALONG NEWBOROUGH BEACH IN ANGLESEA, I SPOTTED A SMALL LONELY RUBBER DUCK WASHED UP ON THE SAND ON THE 24th AUGUST 06.
    AFTER A SMALL SHOT OF WHISKEY A RUB DOWN WITH A DRY TOWEL I FIXED IT`S SQUEAKY. LITTLE SINEAD NOW SITS BY MY COMPUTER WHERE I AM AT PRESENT COMPOSING THIS AFTER FINDING HER ORIGINS

    i found one of your ducks number58949 on the isle of arran in
    scotland. my family and i where there in august. we were walking
    along the beach at kildonan when we spotted the duck on the sand.

    Just found a duck on sunday the 6th December 2009, washed up at the smugglers cave (half way between skerries and loughshinny) no. 13152.
