‘Major’ ESB fault in City Centre
Daragh | July 26, 2006ESB supplies to a large part of the City Centre have been cut off since about 11:40 today, due to what the ESB emergency line is reporting as a ‘major fault’ in Anglsea St / Suffolk St area.

This problem appears to have been resolved since about 13:00 today.
This seems to be just the latest in a series of ESB faults. A friend of mine was telling me at lunch that she couldnt get a train home last night due to an electricity outage on the line. The midlands were hit earlier this week.
