There were demonstrations by the millions in the US before and immediately after the Iraq war started and that didn't seem to make any difference. I guess I'd also say that from the pictures, the timing and RedMum's comment that this has more to do with Lebanon than Iraq. While Bush is a horrible excuse for a man and a president, I don't think you can really solely blame him for this one. The US should not be selling weapons to Israel for this sort of attrocity but I don't think you can blame the whole disaster on him. Frankly I doubt he is happy about it at all since there is a lack of oil in Lebanon and this just hurts his overall plans in that regard.
