Dear Red Mum, I was showing a friend about People's art the other day and to my amazment I saw a picture of my watercolour paintings on your site. I was chuffed! Although its 3 years later, I think I remember you asking if I minded you taking a photo. I havn't exhibited there since ,as twice the weather was so bad that I had a lot of damage to mounts. Thanks for the surprise! (Its the second photo from the bottom with some florals on it. ) I always go to enjoy the art at Stephen's Green - its most enjoyable . I had a lovely time there yesterday. I mostly sell at indoor exhibitions now. Thanks again,
Ethel Hudson.

Hi Red Mum. Tripped across your site by accident, great to see your art section. On the people's art section from last summer I see some great photos of the People's Art on the Green, they look great. I exhibit there myself and I'm also the proud owner of a Daniel McCarthy painting - come round and say hi to me next time. Also, don't know if this is of interest to you but the Art Ireland Art Fair is on this weekend in the RDS, can't attach passes on this type of e-mail slot but if you want a printable pass let me know where to send it to, and I'll send you on an invitation. Daniel McCarthy is also exhibiting, always worth a look, as you can see I'm a huge fan of his work!

If he exhibits his work in a public space you have the right to photograph it, if he doesn't like it the remedy open to him is to only exhibit in private spaces. The corpo license all sellers, complain to them I'd say they'd take a dim view of that sort of carry on
