		<description>The bus transport section doesn&#039;t mention anything about overhauling existing route structures either - one of the main reasons the system sucks so badly now, never mind in 12 years&#039; time. Sigh.</description>

		<description>It seems transport 21 is dead.  Instead of a national motorway network we&#039;re getting a national cycle lane network and instead of a decent integrated public transportation system in dublin we&#039;re getting congestion charges to force people to walk.

The Greens are well on the way to forcing us back to the stone age.</description>
