		<description>I walked down Pearse Street shortly after this big panel from the new science wing flew off in the high winds.  (I didn&#039;t see it myself, but I spoke to someone working nearby who heard it.)  Must&#039;ve been 10 or 12 Gardai, engineers, and construction workers standing around assessing the situation.  I was glad I hadn&#039;t been walking down Pearse street just 10 or 15 minutes earlier!</description>
