Love the post about good coffee, would have loved to have tasted some of Stephens coffee, did you guys ever formulate a top ten locations for coffee in Dublin? Did any hotels appear in the list? stephens performance went down a treat.
i actually judged him in the finals,ive known stephen for a few years now and to see him improve his barista skills in the last few years since seeing his first competition performance to the worlds is poles apart.its a pity he is leaving dublin but a great gain for square mile coffee roasters,as they now have 3 world champions under one roof.he will have a busy year ahead of him now.he has put ireland on the coffee map

Yeah, that's a shame, although I did read in his blog that he's going to be spending a lot of time between Dublin and London, so, he might be setting up something back at home as well.
