		<description>How can they justify removal of 100 buses? No money - simple as that.
The majority of routes - believe it or not bring nothing but losses.These routes cannot be simply cut out because taking bus service out of certain areas  isnt the way you win election votes.
Places like Finglas road for example are full of buses - 40,40a,40b,40c,40D,140, and locals still complain (!) but these routes steal each others customers and cause losses.
If you want more buses Dublin Bus needs more money. It wont get it tough as the goverment subsidy on non-profit routes is actually being LOWERED. Things were heading in the right direction with the likes of 128 route - every 10mins via QBC but we wont see anything like it anymore if goverment doesnt change its policy .
All the plans of new busses/routes via QBC are now being axed because politicians need money for more urgent matters like unemployement benefits for alcos in finglas that are &quot;looking for work&quot; for the last 10 years.</description>

		<description>I would not expect anything better, after all we are talking about the same idiots that raised the VAT while retail shopping plummeted. Meanwhile in the UK not only the prices were lower then rip-off ireland, but they lowered VAT as well.

And guess where people like to shop for xmas?</description>

		<description>Compared to other cities in the world, the quality of service that Dublin bus provides is appalling. I don&#039;t think that I need to get into details of how bad Dublin Bus&#039;s service is because most people who use it regularly are well aware of that. How can they justify the removal of 100 buses? Why are they increasing fares when fuel prices are actually dropping? How are people expected to stop driving to work when fares are constantly rising and service level is dropping? 

The government has no right to ask people to stop driving cars until they can provide an satisfactory transportation system and Dublin Busâ€™s sporadic service is far from acceptable.</description>
