Great moments captured. I was really disappointed RTE showed so little of the parade - about 1.5 hours. Some great floats this year.

Loved the festival, spent more time in town than at home for the weekend, but the crowds and the queueing with 2 small children was more than I could handle, and standing for 2 hrs on Paddy's day for the parade took the biscuit. It was only when a woman who passed by said all she could see was Leprachaun hats and cameras, did I think yes, that really summed up the parade for me. I understand that these 'visitors' to Ireland are on a mission to see the best, but surely, couldn't they just think about the kids for once? Isn't there anyway these tall people could give some heart to the mounds of little kids who missed out on seeing the best???
