These guys have a new lunch menu and are starting Sunday brunch in a couple of weeks.... nice spot for a leisurely read or somewhere to write your blog!

I enjoyed the experience. You almost feel like you are on holiday! I had the black pudding to start which was absolutely yummy. For mains I had the duck. It was nice, but nothing very exciting and I was sorry I didn't go for the prawn and smoked mackeral which was very good. I had a chocolate tart to end - very nice and direct from Leon Patisserie (a guess!)

My only complaint is its a bit pricey.
Rating: food: 4/5, ambiance 4/5, service 4/5 and value 3/5 All in all 15 out of 20

Sounds like a great time for special occasions, Colin. Thanks for the review. A few bits actually made my mouth start to water. =) Esp. the smoked salmon w/ avocado and capers salsa.
