Nearly all of the Museums in Dublin are free of charge, so why not spend some time in the National Gallery, the Chester Beatty Library in Dublin Castle or Collins Baracks. There's loads of different things to see: from an Exhibition of the Easter Rising in Collins Baracks to the gold treasure of celtic times in the National Museum of Ireland in Kildare Street.
On Sundays you can enjoy some free art around the park in Merrion Square as well.
Why not buy a day ticket for Dublin Bus and see Dublin from the window of a bus? A day ticket for the dart doesn't cost that much either, so a tour along the coast is also a nice alternative with some spectacular views of the coast.
Since in the 15 EUR also need to cover any expenses for food and drink, I would suggest to buy some provisions in a supermarket ( and I don't mean a Spar - I'm talking about Lidl, Aldi, Tesco and co) and sit outside with your lunch. I suggest the boardwalk along the liffey or a spot in one of the parks.
That's all I can think of in the moment but it should keep you going for a while.
