About Catherine
Catherine is a 27-year-old Irishwoman working in meeja in Dublin. She moved back to the city in July 2007 after five years abroad, firstly in Scotland, then in Amsterdam. The shell shock eventually wore off towards the end of 2007 and in January 2008 she decided to throw her hat in the Dublinblog ring as a way of getting herself out and about more in her new-old home town.
Catherine’s favourite things about Dublin are the Phoenix Park, the Winding Stair, the Luas and the people watching – the city is full of characters! She’s not so keen on the traffic, the rubbish or the lethal lack of bike lanes, but a pint and a packet of Tayto is usually enough to calm her down…
