About Daragh

Daragh is an Irishman, living in Brisbane, Australia. Having grown up and spent most of his life living in Ireland, he then moved to London before settling in Brisbane with his girl and their dog.

Daragh works ‘in the cloud’ – being fortunate enough to play with some very cool technologies and clients on a daily basis, assisting with the transition to cloud computing, saving them time and money and becoming more efficient, productive businesses.

Daragh’s passions in life are food, cooking, wine, whiskey, coffee and technology. When he’s not working, he can usually be found in a kitchen, glass of wine in hand, or at his favourite coffee shop.

He (far too occasionally!) blogs his thoughts on technology or whatever come to mind to his personal blog @ www.daraghmcg.org but is a prolific tweeter and can be found there as @daraghmcg

hello my name is Séamus Ó’Bric and i’m a secondary school teacher in
Kerry. i am currently writing a text book for 13 -16 year olds in
Science in Irish. i need colourful pictures for this and have found some
pictures ideal for my project at
    http://www.dublinblog.ie/wp-content/uploads/2007/01/phil2.jpg
that i’d like to use. this text book would hopefully be sold throughout
ireland to irish speaking schools since no such text exists at the moment.
i would therefore be very thankful if you could outline what i would need
to do in order to use your picture.
    thank you
    seamus

    Seamus,
The photograph is one of mine. I have the original JPG which is a larger size and quality so it could be more up to the standard a printer would want. If you are still interested in using it in your book, please contact me at decsramble@gmail.com

    Hey guys.
Not sure if you are aware of the Designing Dublin, Love the City project.
A team of creative designers looking and working on the city, with the aim of reinvigorating people’s perception of Dublin City. To get people using and enjoying the city more.

We’re putting on an exhibition in Film Base, Temple Bar next Wed and Thurs (17th & 18th) of 100 exciting and interesting things you didn’t know about Dublin. Thought you guys and your reader might be interested to check it out.
